As a Southern California native, Terry moved to Orange County in 1990, to attend California State University, Long Beach. Terry graduated in 1997 with a BA in Geography and started his career in real estate in 1998 with First Team Real Estate. Over the past 26 years, Terry has established himself as one Orange County's elite Realtors, ranking among the top 50 agents in closed transactions, with average of One closed home every 8.9 days, since 2000. Terry received his first Hall of Fame Award, an accolade for top sales achievement, in 2003, which he received every year thereafter, until he moved to Coldwell Banker Realty in 2017. Over the past 7+ yearsTerry has been ranked within the top 1/2 of 1% of over 88,000 Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide, in Sales Volume. With his 1000+ closed transactions and nearly $1 Billion in closed volume, he has been able to gain extensive knowledge in all facets of real estate marketing and sales, from listings to buyers, investment property to commercial, and from bank owned to short sales. Terry is currently a member of the Orange County, and National Association of Realtors. Terry is the father of two beautiful and successful daughters and currently resides in Huntington Beach with his lovely wife Tara.
Tara McCarty

Tara, a New England transplant, was a NCAA collegiate gymnast at Central Michigan University. She graduated with a degree in business and after several years managing a gymnastics studio found a passion for Interior Design. After completing her certificate program at Interior Design Institute, Tara spent several years as an apprentice before venturing out on her own and opening McCarty Design Co. She is now an integral part of the team and handles all aspects of property rehab and staging. Her eye for style, her desire to always go above and beyond, and her infectious nature have always made her a client favorite.
Dan Mograbi

Sheila Flanigan

Sheila Flanigan is a seasoned California REALTOR who joined The Terry McCarty Group in September 2016. A Southern California native, Sheila received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from California State University San Bernardino. Raised in a construction family, Sheila not only inherited exposure to real estate, but also developed a keen aptitude stemming from her work as an integral component in her family owned construction business where she developed her interest, knowledge and experience in the industry. Interacting with homeowners and vendors as part of the construction team through the completion of a remodel project has afforded Sheila the understanding that customers want an expert they can trust and rely on throughout an entire transaction.
Since becoming a REALTOR in 2013, Sheila has prided herself in her passionate and heartfelt drive to serve her clients’ best interests. She is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the perfect fit for her clientele. Her devotion and passion for her craft keeps her on the cutting edge when it comes to the latest resources, up-to-date market information and trends.
As an avid runner, Sheila has completed numerous half marathons, has run the Surf City annually for many years, and is currently training for her first triathlon! Sheila is poised and ready to take your next real estate transaction all the way to the finish line!
Brigid Edwards

Brigid graduated from Cal State Long Beach with a degree in Business/Marketing. After three years in the Title industry, Brigid earned her Real Estate License and joined the Terry McCarty Group in 2009. Since that time Brigid has established herself as the group’s senior marketing coordinator where she handles all aspects of marketing and lead generation.
Stephanie Moya

Stephanie has been a licensed Realtor since 2017 and joined the Terry McCarty Group in early 2018. Stephanie is a dedicated component of the team and handles all aspect of the transaction from beginning to end. She is relentless in the pursuit of paperwork and makes sure that when the deal closes, all legal requirements have been met.
